Viareggio sea view and 400 meters from the beach

We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this apartment. The apartment is spacious and was perfect for our family of two adults and one child. Our child slept comfortably on the sofa bed. One of the biggest advantages was the individual air conditioning in each room, which made our stay very comfortable, especially during hot days. We also really appreciated the balcony. The location is excellent – the beach and promenade are just a short walk away, and there is a Conad supermarket around the corner, which was very convenient. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would happily recommend this apartment to other guests.

There were only a few minor downsides. The bed mattress was slightly worn, the fridge with the freezer compartment was a bit small for a one-week stay, and the cutlery was quite old. However, none of these affected our overall experience.

The location is excellent. We walked from the train station in around 20mins, and only a couple of mins walk from the beach. Lots of options for food and drinks nearby and local supermarkets.

The bathroom could do with some TLC. Around the bath needs a good scrub, and the shower curtain should be replaced. It is mouldy at the bottom and did not smell good. We had to clean before use.

Ottima la posizione in centro a Viareggio, vicino alla spiaggia, Gentilissima Elisa che ci ha accolti e seguiti con cura e premura. Letti molto comodi, sia il divano letto, che il letto matrimoniale, cosa molto importante per chi soffre di mal schiena!! Torneremo sicuramente!
