The hosts and the location are great.

It’s dirty, the floors, the sheets and the towels were dirty, there’s no hot water.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Wauthaulla Homestay in Habarana. The natural surroundings were absolutely beautiful—peaceful, green, and perfect for relaxing. The homestay had a calm and welcoming atmosphere, making it a perfect getaway. The owner was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We were included for breakfast, and the food was fresh, clean, and delicious—truly a lovely way to start the day. Everything about our stay felt warm, genuine, and comfortable. I would highly recommend Wauthaulla Homestay to anyone looking for a serene experience in Habarana with the charm of local hospitality.
