Great view but no soundproofing

Great location with everything at your footstep. Stunning view of the pier and the rooms were spacious, clean and comfy.

The room was extremely noisy with no soundproofing. We could hear everything outside on the pier from music, people to boats. We also could hear people coming in and out of their rooms next to us. Our aircon also barely worked and the wifi kept dropping out.

It was so good that we returned.

The excellent location. This hotel has perfect location just 1 minute away from the ferries’ pier. It is in the centre of the residential area and very convenient for going out and exploring on your own. If you are staying on the island for less than a week, as we did three days only, it does not make any sense to go to a hideout resort with no car and road connection. The perfect room - one of the best rooms we had in Thailand. Excellent reception desk services. By the way if you contact them via their WhatsApp application it is not the ladies at reception who answer your inquiries. Their amazingly breakfast location. They are masters in omelettes and scrambled eggs.

The black coffee quality and taste during breakfast were disappointing.

A Dream Stay!

This hotel has the perfect location with jaw dropping views. The construction was completed less than a year ago. It was very quiet even though there was activity at the water front below our patio. The staff were welcoming and extremely helpful, even sending our clothes out to be laundered. The breakfast was downstairs in a cafe open to the lovely view of the water. There were many attendants and many food choices. Delicious! One of the staff would approach us as we entered each morning to take our order of eggs prepared as we wish. After that, we were free to go to the buffet area for meat, fruit, breads etc. and coffee and tea. This hotel felt high end and had excellent service. The staff will suggest and arrange activities if you wish. There are long tail boats right outside the hotel entrance to book for excursions and the pier is just steps away. We used Captain Him (quite the character!) for our snorkeling trips. He gives a very special tour and is always smiling, super fun, an unforgettable day. You can't miss him. He's one of the most vocal boat owners and is by the 7/11. We were able to easily walk from the ferry to the hotel in about 2 minutes. Easy!

One thing people with mobility issues should know is that the hotel rooms are on one long hallway, taking up much of the water front. We were in one of the last rooms on the hallway, which made for a lengthy walk to and from our room. This was not a problem for us. However, if you have mobility issues, I would suggest requesting a room close to reception ahead of time.

Expensive for what it offers.

The location was the best part of the stay; it was close to everything.

We had to pay a security deposit upon arrival, and this was only communicated to us the day before check-in. This information is not available on the Booking.com website. We also had a small problem with the rooms, as one of our rooms was also booked for another family. They gave us a room that did not correspond to the one we had reserved.

Perfect location, clean and inviting.

The location is just wonderful where you barely need any kind of taxi boat unless you want to explore the furthest sides of the island. We managed to get out luggage so easily to the hotel from the pier ourselves as it is so close and convenient. It is clean, comfy, inviting and exactly what we hoped for.

The breakfast was good and versatile but was exactly the same every day. Minor complaint... Also there was this smell of sewer coming from the toilet every now and then even though the vent was on 24/7

Fabulous hotel on Phi Phi island!

Fabulous hotel in Phi Phi! Just 2 minutes walk from the pier and really easy to find. The rooms were perfect, the staff were super friendly and helpful. I particularly liked the excellent breakfast at the bar below and appreciated that it was buffet style. Would definitely stay here again

New, modern and spacious room. Beautiful view from the reception, breakfast and for those staying in the sea view rooms. Breakfast was nice and even nicer it wasn’t a buffet. Room had plentiful amenities. Location was great. Sound levels weren’t too bad.

Was a bit hard to find using Apple Maps, think it needs updating. As you get off the boat and onto the pier, take a right and then it’s about 4/5 buildings down on your left. We asked for hand soap and was told to use the shower gel. Would prefer not to.

Husband very small cut while shaving accidentally got a very minimal blood stain on face towel on check out we were billed for the towel nothing a washing machine on normal cycle wouldn’t have removed!! Breakfast was terrible runny uncooked eggs bacon that looked like the pig skin no meat uncooked sausages Pink in the middle very minimal Charing outside shown the grill and taken off ( food poisoning 101 ).

Ho soggiornato presso Phi Phi at Pier e nel complesso l’esperienza è stata discreta, con alcuni aspetti da migliorare. La posizione è estremamente comoda: si trova letteralmente a due minuti dal porto, perfetta quando si arriva con traghetto o speed boat, soprattutto con bagagli al seguito. È vero che affacciandosi sull’area del porto può risultare un po’ rumorosa, ma la praticità compensa questo aspetto. Molto comodo anche per organizzare tour in long tail boat direttamente in zona: esperienza che consiglio assolutamente, uno dei momenti più belli del soggiorno. La colazione è buona, varia e soddisfacente per iniziare la giornata. La camera era carina e confortevole, adeguata alla tipologia della struttura.

Meno piacevole la lunga lista di oggetti da rimborsare in caso di rottura o danneggiamento, esposta in modo piuttosto evidente. Comprendo la necessità di tutelarsi, ma l’effetto è quello di non sentirsi pienamente accolti. Nota negativa importante: dalla doccia proveniva un forte odore di fogna, piuttosto persistente, che ha inciso sul comfort generale. Il servizio pulizie è da rivedere. Siamo stati fuori dalle 9 alle 14, lasciando il segnalino per il riassetto della camera, ma al nostro rientro non era stata fatta. Tornando dal tour avevamo semplicemente bisogno di fare una doccia e riposarci, quindi abbiamo dovuto rinunciare alla pulizia. In sintesi, struttura funzionale e in posizione strategica, ma con margini di miglioramento nella manutenzione e nell’organizzazione del servizio.

Das Zimmer war fantastisch. Die Mitarbeiter stehts freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gepäckaufbewahrung kein Problem und sicher. Das Zimmer war ebenfalls sehr sauber und man hört praktisch nichts von draussen wenn man schlafen möchte.
