Central Phi Phi, a minute from both beaches. Modern, executive feel - spacious rooms, big bed and super shower 👍

Nothing, would have loved a pool but those options elsewhere on the island

I think it’s an issue in general on Phi Phi but the drains really smell in the room. We saw this on so many reviews for other hotels as well. There was also a tannoy speaker right next to our window that would go off at 5am during prayer to Allah. We were warned of this when checking in and were provided with earplugs.

The hotel is in a central location—just a short walk from the pier and close to everything in town. The rooms are modern, and when my initial AC malfunctioned, the staff immediately moved me to a new room with powerful air conditioning. It is the perfect base if you just need a convenient place to sleep while spending your days out exploring. All in all, I was happy with my stay and would recommend it!

While there was no loud street noise, the external AC units created a noticeable, constant rumbling sound. Additionally, many rooms face inside the roofed bazaar so there isn't much of a view, and the property could use a bit of minor ongoing maintenance despite being listed as "newly renovated." Pro tip: if you turn on the bathroom ventilation fan, definitely open a window first—trust me, you'll want fresh air coming in from outside rather than where the fan forces air to pull from!

The bed.

This hotel offers 2 things, a bed and a shower. The bed was good. The shower was terrible. Good pressure but the water goes from hot to cold and back and forth. For a hotel offering 2 things, there's no food or anything else available, the bed was good, the second thing really bad. At this price point.... Yeah, they get you a good bed. The other 1 out of 2 products they fail to deliver on. I'm being kind with my rating. A restaurant without drinks we'd rate 0/10, right? There we go 👍🏻
