The location is a bit inside given that you need to walk.

Location was perfect, 3 mins walk from where you land on the pier. The room was the best we have had in our stay in Thailand, really spacious, clean and lovely balcony view. Air con was top quality, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful when we booked our tour of the islands. We also loved the pool, the coffee at breakfast and use of beach towels. I would 100% stay here again if I come back to Phi Phi island.
Nothing.

Bilal was exceptionally helpful and spoke English well. Helped me book restaurants and guided me through the trip. The hotel location is excellent and the hotel is extremely clean. Chef was very friendly too.
