Great location. Clean with a nice pool.

When we arrived our air conditioning was faulty. The room was not cool. The receptionist was very fast and responsive in fixing the problem 👍

We recently stayed at this hotel for two nights during our honeymoon, and while our experience started off on a high note, it unfortunately went downhill quite quickly. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the bellman who kindly carried our bags to our room. We were also pleasantly surprised to find the room decorated for our honeymoon, which was a thoughtful and appreciated touch. However, the comfort of the stay did not live up to that first impression. The bed was extremely hard—honestly, it felt like sleeping on tile might have been more comfortable. On top of that, the air conditioning struggled to cool the room, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Things became more frustrating the following day when we requested a late checkout. The hotel was clearly not busy, so we were surprised when the front desk agent was not only unaccommodating but also quite rude to my husband. She insisted there was no flexibility unless we paid for a full extra night (2500 baht). Reluctantly, we agreed. Unfortunately, that decision felt like a complete waste of money. When we returned to our room at 2 pm, it hadn’t been cleaned, and basic amenities like water had not been replenished. It felt like we paid a significant amount simply for a slightly delayed cleaning service. While we understand that working in customer service can be challenging, the attitude and lack of empathy from the front desk staff member was disappointing—especially during what was meant to be a special trip. The younger staff members seemed willing to help, but their efforts were overshadowed by the dismissive approach of the more senior employee, who repeatedly pointed to a late checkout policy sign rather than trying to find a solution. Overall, while the initial welcome was lovely, the lack of comfort and poor customer service left a lasting negative impression.
