Location is perfect and very quiet area value for money and everything is near View is good I will come again if I have the chance also I don't remember receptionist name but she is amazing person

I had a fairly average stay at this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend it for families, although the wooden bungalows were decent and not too bad.
The hotel is about a 12–15 minute walk from Phi Phi Tonsai Pier, which can be quite inconvenient—especially when traveling with luggage. Unfortunately, there was no buggy or any assistance available to help carry bags. I had already requested support in advance via Agoda and WhatsApp, as I was traveling with my child and three pieces of luggage, but no arrangement was made. The walk to the hotel is not very easy, which made the experience uncomfortable.
The hotel itself doesn’t offer many facilities to highlight. However, one positive aspect was the beachfront—it was very clean, open, and peaceful. My son really enjoyed running and playing there, which was a nice bonus.
Overall, due to the lack of support and limited facilities, I would not recommend this hotel for a family stay.
