It’s close to my school, with plenty of 24-hour shops nearby. The room has all the amenities I need—aside from toiletries, which are easy to pick up at nearby convenience stores. It really feels like a home. The owner is very accommodating, and the guards are just as helpful.

The place is very clean, though small pests may occasionally appear.

Auf halbem Weg zwischen Intramuros und NAIA gelegen, sind viele Dinge in Manila gut erreichbar, manches sogar mit der fast vor der Tür liegenden LRT Vito Cruz. Das Apartment liegt im 31ten Stock mit Blick auf den Rohbau gegenüber, hat also keine Aussicht. Das Apartment ist vollständig ausgestattet. Nichts ist neu, aber alles funktioniert. Der Check-in wird unkompliziert von der Lobby im Eingangsbereich erledigt. Die Kommunikation mit dem host erfolgt über Email. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar - bald wird es eine SM City Harrison ca. 10 Fußminuten entfernt geben (aktuell im Rohbaustadium).

Die Matratze wie auch die Kissen sind sehr weich. Das ist nicht für jeden angenehm. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr laut und kühlt gerade noch ausreichend. Wie in vielen Wohnblöcken gibt es ein Kakerlakenproblem. Hier sind es viele kleine Krabbler.
