    as we know, sogo hotel have this idea or image to others as "u know" however, when we try the deluxe room, it is clean and good hotel vibe. just the smell of cig to entire floor and the mattress are just the cons based on expi. over all, okay expi

    I would like to share our wonderful experience at this hotel,from booking to our stay. Honestly ,im amazed with the staffs exceptional work ethic and professionalism. Will surely book again in our next holiday. Highly recommended.🤝🫡

    This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. The room had a very unpleasant smell as soon as I entered, making it uncomfortable to stay. The lighting was also extremely dim, making the room feel dark and unwelcoming. Overall, the room did not meet my expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. I hope the management improves room maintenance, addresses odor issues, and upgrades the lighting to provide a better experience for future guests.
