    The property offers excellent cleanliness and friendly staff (they upgraded me to exec room somehow). The bathroom and facilities are well maintained with hot water (have to wait a bit for water to heat up while shower is running) and transport options nearby are convenient. Wifi is bad. Taft Avenue floods if raining continuously for a day

    This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. The room had a very unpleasant smell as soon as I entered, making it uncomfortable to stay. The lighting was also extremely dim, making the room feel dark and unwelcoming. Overall, the room did not meet my expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. I hope the management improves room maintenance, addresses odor issues, and upgrades the lighting to provide a better experience for future guests.
