    It's clean, pet-friendly, secured, and has friendly staffs. Comfortable bed space and lots of freebies. Bed is big, and adjacent to PICC- though you need 10-15 minute walk to go to the other side of the road. 1-hour walk to SM MOA. Would rate it 5/5 overall.

    With a few improvements could rise up standards. Most staff kind and ready to help. Room clean and neat But needs a little frigobar to keep fresh or cool things, it is troublesome to ask things to be kept somewhere else. The restaurant in the first floor offers buffet either Senior citizen discount. Then when asking for it the answer was. It is only for Philippine citizen. I said, then write it there. Then when wanting to charge the account to the room, not possible. When trying to pay with credit card not possible. Only cash accepted. The staff there should be trained to answer and explain politely on the conditions in a clear manner. After I found out that there is a senior citizen card that has to be obtained at some offices even if you are foreigner. If they could explain that situation the understanding would be better.
