About this house rental
A house for 6 to 10 people, very pleasant for its 2 terraces, its brightness and its freshness in summer.
2 terraces with different orientations to enjoy the sun, a friendly living room, an office, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms (one with several beds), a pretty garden recently redone etc..
A garage with a ladybug inside that I rent on my site L'île aux Combis and which can be rented as well as a Combi to increase the number of beds if needed.
Not overlooked and quiet.
300m from the beach and the center of La Brée and the largest market on the island.
5 minutes by bike from the most beautiful beach in Oléron (perfect pleasure beach for young children because 100% sand even at low tide and protected from swells and winds).
In the front row to go surfing or just watch one of the + longest waves in Europe.
10 minutes by bike: the port of Douhet (restaurant, bars, nightclubs, etc ).
