Large house with outbuildings near the Chassiron lighthouse
Located just 1 km from the Chassiron lighthouse, at the northern tip of the Ile d'Oléron, this spacious single-storey house can accommodate up to 10 people. It is the ideal place for a holiday with family or friends, in a quiet environment close to the ocean.
The main house has a large convivial living room and a fully equipped kitchen.
The sleeping area includes two comfortable bedrooms: one with a 180 cm double bed and the other with a 160 cm double bed. A shower room and a separate toilet complete the set.
Two outbuildings can accommodate more travellers:
- A first outbuilding with a bunk bed (sleeps 2 of 90 cm) and a double bed of 140 cm.
- A second outbuilding with a double bed of 140 cm.
- A third outbuilding is dedicated to practical equipment and includes an additional shower room, a toilet and a washing machine.
For your comfort, the house is equipped with Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, an oven, a microwave, an induction hob, a fridge-freezer, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster and everything you need to cook. A hairdryer, heated towel rail, iron and ironing board are also available.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental. They can be booked at an additional cost with the concierge via their website before your arrival.
Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant enclosed garden, ideal for relaxing moments with the family, as well as terrace furniture to share your meals in the open air. Sunbeds are also available to enjoy the sun in peace.
