About this house rental
Enjoy the charm of this traditional Charente house, dating from the 18th century, (former cellar house) entirely renovated, while retaining the charm of the old stones, to come and discover the region in peace.
With a total area of approximately 150m2 of living space, and an enclosed garden, you can accommodate both your family and friends for a friendly stay.
The garden furniture will allow you to take advantage of the good weather to organize lunches outside and to let the children frolic freely.
Large parasols at your disposal
The proximity to the beach allows you to go swimming or just enjoy the charm of the place whenever you want.
Admire the beautiful sunsets by the beach
This house with two floors is composed of 5 bedrooms. 3 bedrooms each have a double bed (2 in 160 and 1 in 140), the other 2 have 2 bunk beds (in 090).
One of the bedrooms has a canvas cot (possibility of a second on request)
This way, you can accommodate your whole tribe there.
In addition, there is a complete equipment that will allow you to spend your holidays in total comfort:
- a dining room with a large table that can accommodate 10 guests
Two sofas on the first floor, and two others upstairs (non-convertible)
- a kitchen equipped with a new stove (2022) (oven and hob), a microwave, a fridge with freezer and a dishwasher
- 3 models of coffee makers, kettle, toaster,
- Very complete tableware equipment
- NEW: Air Fryer Moulinex 8.3 l and multifunction robot
- 2 shower rooms with WC and a 3rd separate WC (Floor)
- two televisions (one on each level) and a DVD player
All rooms have at least one window, which gives maximum natural light!
On site you will also find, as an option, bicycles for rent, which will allow you to easily visit the island (more than 160 kms of cycle paths) and stock up at the market every morning, in La Cotinière, or in St Pierre, in the nearby city center.
Children will also enjoy the presence of a swing set with swing, knotted rope, rope ladder.

We had a great time at La Brimaudiere… excellent accommodation, amazingly well equipped…fabulous weather and a welcome just as warm from the property owner!

Nous étions 3 générations de la même famille En temps que grands parents nous avons apprécié le jardin fermé, le coin pique nique avec barbecue, la maison agréable et les propriétaires très accueillants.
