About this house rental
With Petit Merle and Chai, this old barn in 2016 RT2012 meets the standards. Very spacious light through the bay window with steel sections and sloped ceilings, the building blends local stone and modern. A large lounge with a slipper closed fireplace, a kitchen / dining room, an entrance, two double bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet are on the ground floor. Upstairs, the hall serves three bedrooms with two beds each and a bathroom / wc.
The laundry room has a galley sink, a washing machine, a dryer, a second refrigerator and chairs. Everything is provided for 10 people.
Linen provided (sheets, towels, tea towels) except for the cot. Cleaning house between two rentals included.
Due to the difficulties of traffic on the island and highways in summer, rentals begin and end on SUNDAY in July and August

Nice cozy house with enough space for 2 families of 8 people. Age 13 to 49. The house has all the faselities and a nice little sheltered garden. We parked the cars safely in parking lots right outside. Car you do not need to use. The island has good walking and cycling routes and it is a short distance to the beach and a pleasant center in Saint-Denis. We have vacationed on the Riviera for many years and wanted to try something else. This place is absolutely amazing and we gladly travel back. Fantastic beaches, great food, nice little towns, friendly people, sailing, swimming, everything an active family can wish for. We loved it
