About this house rental
New house (2021) of 10 beds with heated pool (7×3.50) with electric shutter.
A 400 m² plot of land with large wooden terrace and 2 independent patios.
Located 400 m from the shops (bakery, pharmacy, market...), 900m from the beach of La Boirie and 1.1 km from the port (sailing school)
Cycle path at the foot of the house: the ocean and its surfing beaches (surf and paddle school) 10 minutes by bike
As you can see, everything is done on foot or by bike...)
The house is 107 m² and has 4 bedrooms.
- 3 with 1 of 160X200
- 1 with 1 bunk bed for 3 people and 1 single bed (which can be put in 2 places)
The swimming pool is heated from 15 May to 15 September.
It can be heated from 15 April to 15 May and from 15 September to 15 October depending on weather conditions and for an extra charge of €15 per day.
Minimum 4-day rental.
Open: All year round
Bed linen is provided.
The towel kit also included.
The kitchen is equipped with all comforts and equipment, ranging from Nespresso to wine cellar to blender.
A large table in the kitchen allows us to eat together.
The living room also has a large bench of 3.8 m ideal for long naps, armchairs and poufs so that you can spend good times together and relax.
Indoor and outdoor bar
The layout of the rooms, patios and garden will allow everyone to have a certain independence
- 1 master bedroom of 12 m²: bed of 160X200 (shower room & toilet) with baby bed, THIS ROOM IS ACCESSIBLE ONLY FROM THE OUTSIDE, overlooks the terrace and swimming pool
- 1 master bedroom of 10 m² isolated from the others: bed of 160x200 (shower room) ... Adjoining toilet, overlooks the swimming pool
- 1 bedroom of 12 m²: bed of 160X200... Adjoining bathroom (for 2 bedrooms)
- 1 bedroom of 11 m²: bunk beds for 3 people, mattress of 80X190 & trundle bed 2X80cm (overlooks an enclosed patio and not the swimming pool for more security)
Detail fitted kitchen: large 3 m table with chairs and bench. Large appliances including 1 fridge/freezer, 1 dishwasher 12 place settings, 1 induction hob, 1 oven, 1 microwave, 1 wine cellar.
Small appliances including classic coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, ... Iron and its board, the crockery is also new and largely adapted for the number of guests.
Various outdoor furniture in exotic wood:
- 1 large table on the terrace on the pool side that can accommodate up to 12 people.
- 1 table in the kitchen patio for 8 people with 6 chairs and 1 bench
- 4 sunbeds
- 4 low armchairs and a coffee table

Maison tres pratique, bien equipée et bien decorée. Chacun a pu avoir son petit espace chambre/salle de bain. La piscine chauffée est bien appreciable quand l'ocean est froid ! Tres bien placée a proximite du centre bourg, de la plage et de la piste cyclable. Nous avons bien profité de l'ile d'Oleron et toutes les activités alentours. Nous recommandons !

La maison est superbe, idéale pour un séjour à Oléron. Très bien située au nord de l'île, commerces et marché à vélo, piste cyclable à la porte, plage à 5 min à vélo. La cuisine est très grande et bien équipée, la literie est très bonne et la piscine est superbe. La maison est très bien pensée et joliment décorée, chacun a son espace, les 2 terrasses et le patio permettent des moments au soleil. Nous reviendrons cela est certain

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans la superbe maison de Franck et Claire: moderne , fonctionnelle, très bien équipée, décorée avec gout. Idéalement située, très lumineuse, calme. Encore merci pour tout!
