Welcome to our "Haus Oldenburg" on Borkum!
Just relax, soak up the ocean air, and enjoy the endless expanse of the main beach.
Haus Oldenburg is located at Franzosenschanze 5, near the “Old Lighthouse,” and is only about a ten-minute walk from the two main beaches, the South Beach and the North Beach. Larger supermarkets are located nearby for your daily needs.
The ground-floor vacation apartment is 100 m² and can accommodate up to five people. The apartment has two bedrooms—one with a double bed, the other with two single beds and a built-in loft bed—which is especially fun for all the kids. Travel cribs with reinforced mattresses are, of course, available and will be set up for you upon request.
A large dining table seats up to six people and is also a popular spot for long afternoons of play on rainy days. The centerpiece of this spacious vacation rental is the living room, featuring a large sofa set that seats up to six people and a flat-screen TV. A glass door leads out to the terrace, which is beautifully sheltered by a planted hedge. With a cup of coffee or a glass of wine, you can really relax here on the beautiful teak furniture. You also have access to the terrace from the kitchen. Here, the custom-built kitchen—crafted by a carpenter—offers all the amenities you need for preparing meals. For cooking together, you’ll find the ceramic cooktop with oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and much more to be very helpful. Of course, this kitchen also has a dishwasher. The high-quality bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower (with glass doors as a partition), a toilet, and a sink. The underfloor heating ensures pleasant warmth in winter.
