About this apartment rental
This charming apartment for 2 to 4 people (including infants and toddlers), where you may bring one or up to two dogs (for a fee), is the perfect starting point for a wonderful and relaxing vacation.
You’ll find a bright and cheerfully furnished apartment with a separate bedroom (with a double bed, 180x200), a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a small kitchen with a glass-ceramic stove, oven, microwave with grill, small dishwasher, and dining area in the entryway, and a living room with fold-out beds and a spacious leather sofa set. The highlight is the south-west-facing terrace.
The floors throughout the apartment are covered with low-maintenance laminate, making it ideal for people with allergies.
A coin-operated washing machine is available on the 2nd floor for all residents of the building, and there is a drying loft for drying laundry.
You can use the parking space directly in front of the building to drive around the island during certain hours of the day. You’ll be living in a zone that’s partially closed to vehicles. This is especially popular with people who either have difficulty walking or would like to drive to the nudist beach, which is about 7 km away. Even Lidl and the bakery are easily accessible by car from here.
Public parking lots such as Oppermanns Pad, Ankerstraße, Upholmstraße, and Am langen Wasser require a parking permit; the daily parking fee is €2.00 (as of April 2018).

Wir haben uns in dieser modenen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, besonders schön ist die Terasse mit hochwertigen Möbeln und einem neu angelegten Grünstreifen mit kleinem Zaun. Ab Nachmittags bis Abends scheint die Sonne auf die Terasse . Herrlich !
Die Küche ist wirklich sehr klein, insbesondere der Kühlschrank, aber es ist alles Nötige vorhanden.
Was fehlt ist ein größerer Spiegel und leider gibt es kein Wlan.
Die Damen der Vermietungsagentur sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir werden die Wohnung bestimmt wieder buchen !

Die von uns angemietete Wohnung "Borkum 4" ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Betten, inkl. Schrankbett sind sehr bequem.
Die Ausstattung entspricht einem guten Standard.
Die Außenterrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Gartenmöbel sind sehr gepflegt und neuwertig.
Lediglich der Sonnenschirm weist unschöne Stockflecken auf und ist verblichen.
Rundum eine Wohnung ideal für zwei Personen, in der wir uns wohlgefühlt haben!
Warum nur 4 Sterne?
Wir hätten uns eine freundlichere Schlüsselübergabe gewünscht (eine Mitarbeiterin Ihres Büros hatte es nicht nötig, ihren Blick vom PC abzuwenden und uns zu begrüßen).
Die Wohnung war oberflächlich betrachtet sauber, jedoch hinter dem Fernsehschrank (steht von der Wand weg) sammelte sich der Staub und Spinnweben.
Besonders im Bad waren die Wandanschlüsse und Ecken staubig und schmutzig.
Die Dusche wies am Einstieg Schimmelbefall und unschöne Kalkablagerungen auf.
Der beutellose Staubsauger war nicht geleert worden. Das Auffangbehältnis war voller Tierhaare und roch im Betrieb deutlich nach Hund.
Trotz dieser Mängel würden wir die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten und können diese Empfehlen, da das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.
