The modern, spacious apartment was completely renovated at the end of 2016.
All rooms are equipped with designer floors in parquet look and are therefore ideal for allergy sufferers. The living room and balcony of the apartment on the 3rd floor offer a wonderful view of the old and new lighthouse with south-west orientation. The completely new facility invites you to relax with a cozy living area. The new fitted kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, including all the necessary kitchen appliances. The kitchen leads directly to the dining area, which offers space for up to 6 people to eat or for a relaxing game night. The two bright bedrooms are accessible from the hallway. Bedroom I has a double bed with a large wardrobe, bedroom II has two single beds. The bathroom offers plenty of space with 2 sinks, shower and toilet. The apartment is located in a well-kept complex, which has ample parking, playground, lounges and storage space for bicycles etc. The beach and the center can be easily reached on foot or by bike in a few minutes, the bakery is only 50m from the accommodation. Since the owners themselves are allergy sufferers, attention was paid to allergy-friendly materials throughout the apartment.

Sehr schöne helle Wohnung, Parkplätze sind vorhanden, direkt vor der Haustür sind genügend Stellplätze für Fahrräder.
Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, das Bad schön groß.
Die Aussicht ist herrlich.
Wir kommen gerne wieder...

Der erste Eindruck war sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung liegt zwar im zweiten OG, also dritte Etage, ist aber hell und freundlich. Leider war sie eiskalt. Drei Heizkörper funktionierten nicht. Ich musste sie erst entlüften. Die Spülmaschine war defekt. Töpfe und Pfanne unbrauchbar. Der Bäcker an der Ecke macht erst Ende April auf. Ansonsten liegt die Wohnung recht gut, nicht zu weit vom Zentrum entfernt und ruhig. Die Wohnung ist deutlich überteuert!
