About this apartment rental
Our newly renovated and refurbished, 48 sqm apartment for 2-4 people in the "Holiday Residenz Borkum" is only a few minutes' walk from the main bathing beach, the beautiful dune landscapes and the long lonely beaches of the Ostland.
The apartment offers you a modern kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven, as well as a microwave, kettle, egg cooker, coffee machine and toaster, as well as a refrigerator with freezer.
Our separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x200) and a single bed (90x200). In the bedroom there is also a flat screen TV and the possibility to set up a baby travel bed
The living room has a pull-out sofa bed, 2 cocktail chairs, 1 dining table group, a flat-screen TV, a stereo, a DVD player and a selection of reading and children's games.
You can also spend relaxing hours on our south-facing balcony, where there are 4 chairs and a table and you have a wonderful view of the "Old Lighthouse" and the horse meadows. We renovated the apartment in February 2016 and completely renovated the bathroom.
The "Holiday Residez" offers diverse options for residents. For example, there is a kids' room, a table tennis room and a playground in front of the house, as well as free parking spaces.
The town center with its many attractive restaurants, pubs and shops and the tidal land with its adventure pool and sauna areas are easy to reach.
On Borkum, with its deep sea climate and 25 km of fine sandy beaches, you can experience an unforgettable beach holiday with the family.
Over 120 km of bike paths lead through fascinating dunes, some with a unique view of the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park.
You can reach this beautiful island with the ferries of AG Ems via Emden or Eemshaven / Holland after only 60 minutes driving time.
