About this apartment rental
The apartment is on the ground floor. and has a separate entrance. The apartment is suitable for 1-4 people. It has a living / bedroom with a double sofa bed and a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.
The apartment on Borkum is located on Norderstraße 4, right in the heart of the city center. This is the ideal starting point for your holiday on Borkum, as you start in the center of the island, in the immediate vicinity of the new lighthouse and the main bathing beach, and yet thanks to our excellent location in a quiet side street in the center, you will find relaxation and tranquility.
Smoking in the house is not permitted
Bed linen can be provided on request! Hand towels and shower towels must be brought along.
Please pay attention to the local tourist tax of the island of Borkum / Wirtschaftsbetriebe Borkum.
Dogs welcome! Please note that we have to charge you € 10.00 extra per day on top of the room price. Please a maximum of 1 dog per apartment! Dogs may only be brought with the prior consent of the landlord (maximum 1 dog per apartment). In the event of a promise, a daily price of € 10.00 per dog will be charged. The dog you bring with you must have liability insurance!
Terms and Conditions:
1. The landlord rents the holiday apartment specified in the confirmation / contract to the signing tenant for natural use.
Second If the tenant leaves the apartment before the end of the rental period, he is not entitled to reimbursement of the remaining rental costs. The same applies if the tenant moves into the apartment later than booked.
Third The additional costs such as electricity, gas, water are included in the rental price. The tourist tax and additional optional services such as: towels and bed linen and special requests are calculated separately.
4th The occupancy of the apartment by a higher number of people than specified in the contract is not permitted. Please note that infants are already people.
5th The tenant is liable for any damage to the inventory and objects that can be used by the tenant. In the event of damage, the tenant must provide equivalent replacement.
6th The apartment must be “swept clean” at 10:00 am on the day of departure. Please note that your dishes must also be washed, dried and put back in and that all items should be in their original place.
7th Smoking is not allowed in the apartments. Smoking is prohibited throughout the house.

Sehr zentrale Lage!
WLAN war nur phasenweise nutzbar.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und man ist in wenigen Minuten überall in Borkum. Einkaufen ist auch kein Problem. Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet.

Wir (2 Personen) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Ferienwohnung.
Sie ist zentral gelegen, alle Einrichtungen gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.
