About this chalet rental
The newly built accommodation comprises a large open-plan kitchen, breakfast bar, and living room area, and the many windows, Two large sofas, double doors lead onto private patio with unrestricted views of the countryside. Fully equiped kitchen area with bar and stools. Spacious bedroom with king size bed has a vaulted ceiling.
The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, toilet, and hand basin.

The garden house is situated in the most beautiful location and offers you a perfect haven in which to relax and provides an ideal base to explore this special corner of Devon. The picturesque village of Shaldon is a 10 min walk away. A short ferry ride will take you to the historic port of Teignmouth or simply take a 5 min stroll down to a little secluded beach below the property, here you can sit and watch the world go by, swim or walk along the river to the ever popular pub and restaurant Coombe Cellars.
The accommodation comprises a large open-plan kitchen, breakfast bar, and living room area, and the many windows, vaulted ceiling and white walls give it a contemporary and peaceful ambience. There are two large sofas where you can sit and look through the double doors which lead onto your own private patio with unrestricted views of the countryside beyond. The spacious bedroom with king size bed has a vaulted ceiling and plenty of storage.
The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, toilet, and hand basin.
If you love wildlife, an almost unprecedented number of birds have been seen in and from our garden including Osprey, Cirl Bunting, and little egret and if you have an interest in art, one of the UK’s leading artists works from his studio in the adjoining building.
