Beautiful Seaside one bedroom apartment

Lovely clean apartment providing facilities across the ground floor of a house. Eve & Mike are wonderful hosts; the welcome message. bottle of Prosecco and chocolates are an extra nice touch on arrival. I also had a few minor enquiries during our stay and Eve provided a quick and helpful response. The apartment is perfectly situated to access the beach and local shops, pubs and eateries in a few minutes. Fore street is also nice & quiet at night which meant a good nights sleep!. In summary, a very well equipped and comfortable property. Highly recommended.

In the absence of allocated parking, parking can be tricky especially when loading/unloading the car. This is a Shaldon wide issue. Eve & Mike provide a really helpful parking map. Personally we used a weekly permit for The Ness ( 48 hour maximum stay no return in 2 hours) which can be managed via daily outings & The George V - which are the two payable car parks in Shaldon. Parking wouldn’t stop us staying again.

Great apartment in a great location

Parking can be tricky in Shaldon without dedicated parking, but the hosts were as helpful as they could have been

The property was very clean and tidy with everything you need for a vacation, and you could actually live there, it was well set out and even on a quite busy road it was so peaceful , a fantastic extra touch of quality and surprise was a welcome gift of chocolates and a bottle of bubbly , the bed was really comfy which you dont normally get so obviously the host care about there guests 100% recommend

Only little issue I could say is the lack of parking but that goes for village of shaldon as a whole

Location is excellent

Parking is a bit of a bind.
