Lovely setting and our host Ian was great , very comfortable and bonus on top was being next door to artist workshop.

The Garden Lodge was very comfortable, well equipped and there was wine, which was a lovely gesture and much appreciated.
The directions, maybe say 'after the caravan site', as we followed directions to the post code - which we arrived at quite a little way before the property, though could have been our poor navigating!

A quiet and peaceful location in a beautiful part of south Devon. A modern, well decorated and comfortable lodge equipped with everything you need. Ian was a wonderful host, welcoming and always on hand if you were to need anything. We booked on the strength of previous reviews and weren't disappointed.
We struggled to find it. Sat Nav takes you to the middle of the postcode on Coombe Road and the directions didn't provide enough information. From Shaldon village you need to drive along Coombe Road and keep going past Longmeadow Farm and Devon Valley. West Cottage is at the top of the hill on the right.

The lodge was beautiful, perfect location if you are looking for a peaceful break.
The hosts where ther for any needs but also aware you are there to enjoy a break and enjoy the space.
