A must stay if coming to Birmingham centre.

The parking was on street, was a little hesitant but it’s a very good area of Birmingham as i did my research. But i understand the constraints of the site, and that cant be changed. Overall excellent.

Amazing place very close to City Centre. Perfect.

Amazing staff and very clean rooms with great breakfast in the morning from Sarah.

The TV had a little issue but the staff managed to get it working very promptly with a call to reception.

More of a B&B than haotel, radio needs to be turned down and charges need to explained upon arrival.

Staff very where very pleasant and approachable. Room was a good size and the facilities provided were great, lovely shower included in our room also.

I do agree with other reviews that I believe this is mis advertised as a hotel, and is more inline with a bed and breakfast. Radio was played through the hallway speakers at a very loud volume until 4am which we found very disruptive and annoying. Whilst free breakfast is appreciated, we really did not rate the food and left a large portion. We were never given a breakfast card for the following morning either. The room we were in also faced straight out onto the main road, meaning we had to have the curtains shut for our entire visit for privacy. Blinds really should be installed in our opinion. Very little around the building itself requiring you to go into Birmingham centre. Upon leaving, I was charged £30 for the laundering of towels which is something I have never experienced before. Whilst I'm aware towels did have makeup on, I feel this is a given when providing towels for guests in a hotel. If this had been brought to our attention upon arrival, we would have gone and sourced our own towels to avoid the charge. It has left an unfortunate impression on us and I don't feel we would revisit.

Great little place for a stay in Birmingham

It was easy to get in and out with a key code, it was very comfy and cozy. The breakfast was really great

The only thing I didn’t like was that the hotel called me three times before I went, at 830am! It was very strange. So I would avoid sharing a phone number.

A fantastic hotel with a brilliant and well executed customer experience from start to finish

I can't wait to go back and visit this boutique hotel again, my stay was fantastic. It started with a quick call once I had made my booking to discuss the checkin procedure and take me through car parking/access/breakfast. The team went out of the way to do everything and anything they could to help and make your stay the best stay possible. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic a great variety of food and all freshly cooked for each person. A brilliant location (walking distance from everything). The rooms were spacious, clean, modern; there was nothing to not like. I highly recommend this hotel, you won't be disappointed.

Very relaxing and peaceful

Everything. The young lady at reception was amazing. Not only was she very polite and helpful but also, an amazing chef. The curry she made me was delicious with the fresh naan. Then in the morning she made me french toast, which was also beautiful.

Very modern and well finished. Staff very helpful and cosy breakfast room where your breakfast is made next to you is a nice touch.

It’s not a conventional hotel. It feels a little like a B&B but the finish and space you have are excellent.

Exceptional

I stayed in the Queen Suite for one night, and it was an exceptional experience. The room was beautiful, amazingly presented, and extremely clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay — especially Sam, who went above and beyond. I was genuinely impressed. This is definitely one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, and I look forward to returning. Highly recommended!

Good serviced apartment but not a luxury hotel!

Lounge area of suite had nice kitchen

Bedroom quite small, no heated towel rail in bathroom, chandeliar missing in bedroom, no shelf to put stuff in bathroom. Breakfast late and overcooked with bizarre multiple choice tick box system with very limited breakfast choice. Lots of steps and slippery surfaces when wet. Strange reception area with poor signage. No sewing kit in room and room service non existent during late hours. Not a luxury hotel but more a serviced apartment. Felt we were missold given cost of suite.

A pleasant boutique hotel with modern well Equipped rooms.

The room was well equipped, modern and comfortable. Sarah the receptionist was exemplary and very helpful.

The internal doors in the room are designed to close so it’s a bit awkward maneuvering between rooms with luggage. The extra bed for my adult son was a very narrow floor mattress which he couldn’t sleep on.

Unfinished and a safety hazard

The style was good. Bed was comfy. Good choice of tv options.

NOT A 5* HOTEL. We had to change rooms as our initial room wasn't finished. No mugs, no plates, no tea towel, dirty robes and towels. The bath leaked and flooded the bathroom whilst we were trying to relax. All of the smoke and heat detectors were covered by their red covers that are supposed to be removed at installation, whoever did the health and safety for this place needs looking into. We were eventually moved after these issues arose and were promised a call or conversation from a manager but this did NOT happen. I'm furious because it cost a lot of money and it is not what was advertised. Attention to detail is needed and more than one staff member is required especially at breakfast. Sara managed the complaints well and her service was good but the hotel is let down by terrible management and unsafe practices.

Beautiful funky hotel with exceptional staff

It's a beautiful unique hotel. It's so clean, each room is like an apartment. Sarah was such a wonderful host. Breakfast was amazing. It's a bus ride from New street or short taxi ride (approx 8 pounds)

Disability access is limited. Steps to the front door, you would need to ask for a room downstairs. Lovely courtyard again lots of steps.

I think it could be an acceptable B&B, certainly not a five star.

I haven't seen any of the staff. Breakfast is not well managed. Smell of smoke, hair on the bed, dead bugs on the bed. Really small bathroom

Really enjoyable, but only stay here if there are two of you if there are more than two you need to book another room 😊

The property was spacious. The owners of the property were very hospitable. The bed was super comfortable.

We’ve booked through Booking.com there were three of us and the room didn’t really cater for three. The bed that was put into the living area for my daughter wasn’t very comfortable. That was our only complaint.

A perfect, stress-free stay with amazing service and a beautifully comfortable suite.

We stayed in the Mysa Suite and it was excellent—spacious rooms, a very comfortable bed, and a lovely bathroom with robes. The kitchen and seating area were also generous in size. The staff were outstanding, accommodating our last-minute booking after a flight cancellation and offering 24/7 support. Breakfast was included and couldn’t be faulted. Highly recommend!

Exceeeded my expectations!

The hospitality at the hotel was brilliant. All facilities were very modern and access in and out of the property was so easy Sarah was excellent as the person checking me in, sorting out my personal requests and making sure my stay was comfortable. I’ll definitely be back when working in the area next time

Es war allg. sauber - nur hinter der Badtüre wurde leider nicht rausgewischt. Das hat man nur gesehen, wenn die Badtüre halt mal zu war... . Wir waren nur eine Nacht - daher war es vertretbar
