Wants to be five star but needs to invest in
1. Staff training - all delightful but lacking in the polish that is mandated by a 5 star offering. Can be casual but professional; please check that all your staff wear deodorant - this should be a minimum requirement
2. Pillows - No feather pillows. There should be a selection on the bed
3. Check in - I checked in late, was tired and had a new trainee attenpt to check me in. She was unsuccessful. Happy to support training but at an appropriate time and with appropriate senior oversight.
4. Check out - charged for parking even though I had no car. Thankfully picked up by staff when I mentioned that I had ordered a taxi to the airport. I would not have checked.

Hotel in a great location with loads of restaurants and cafes around. Their in house restaurants are also amazing with great amenities and staff and facilities!

This near new hotel is of exceptional quality and design. The courtyard room was quiet and luxurious, but the magnificent roof top pool was the jewel in the crown. The staff were simply exceptional - warm, friendly and professional. Many thanks to the whole team, who would make any solo traveller feel at home.
