202 Elizabeth is a cute boutique hotel close to restaurants and the Museum train station stop making it convenient to reach from the airport. The staff is what made the stay the best. They are all sweet and accommodating. The room was on the smaller side, but still good for one person, maybe a little crammed for two. The bed was comfortable, and the overall cleanliness of the room was good, however the room sort of smelled like mildew when I walked in and there was a weird leak in the bathroom that occurred when you showered, I ended up staying at a friend's house the last night as I was put off by the smell. Something to look into. For a four star rated hotel I think providing robes/slippers would be great-- you can get them you just have to request it and not many people know that.

This hotel is well-presented with nice furnishing choices and a very comfortable feel. My room was small and did not have a closet. If I was staying with a companion and suitcases, it would be tight. The lift was also out of service which would have been an issue for someone less mobile or who had heavy luggage. Aside from that, the staff are friendly and helpful, the property is generally clean, (ignoring the usual wear and tear), the bed was very comfortable, the shower was great and the aircon was very comfortable and readily adjustable. I would stay again for the right price.

Convenient location as it is near Central station. It’s between Surry hills and the CBD so it’s easy to get around. Lots of restaurants nearby. Room is clean but tiny. Breakfast is too basic.

Dust were observed on fridge top and table. Breakfast has limited varieties and was same throughout my 10 nights’ stay.
