    My third time staying here, and normally I'd have good things to say, but this time was different. I had to change rooms because there were no bottom bunks available, which I prefer, so I ended up staying awake all night. A staff member later told me there was an empty bottom bunk in another room, so I moved into it. Shortly after, a woman came into the room and said it was her bed. I explained what the staff member had told me, but she wasn't happy and went to management. In the end, I had to switch rooms again because of the staff's miscommunication. I don't understand why the other guest couldn't have taken the top bunk instead. I also followed the staff member after they said they would get me a key. They asked me to wait, but they stayed in the room for quite a while. Eventually, I had to knock and remind them they were going to help me. Communication from the staff could have been much better. Guests shouldn't be left waiting without any updates. I'm definitely coming back but have a back up hostel

    Good location, big kitchen … few mtrs walk to train station. Not bad.

    Super dirty. Dust on furniture in the rooms. Bathrooms with paper and hair on the floor. Kitchen absolutely gross with a smelly fridge full of messy bags. I did sleep okay but I do not recommend this place.
