Loved my stay in the room coz its location is supper.
The stairs and there was nobody to help in the luggage. Plus I did not meet any of the staff at all for any possible help.
But the good thing is that they were positive in answering the emails.

Location is the key factor. Across the road from Central Station. Easy to get in - clear and good communication sent for keyless entry, wifi etc. Air con in the room was good. Bed was fine.
It's just clean enough. No soap in my ensuite bathroom but body wash in the shower which sufficed. Very basic but it's fine for 1-2 night stay max. My room was by the kitchenette so a little noisy and you get all the smell from the kitchen but not a deal breaker.

The renovated space is very small not a real bedroom size and it’s so many noises from the neighbors. They stayed outside and ate and made some cough and chewing noises .
TV is broken not working . The water is not hot . It’s so cold and the aircon seems broken too
