The location is perfect, within 5 mins walk to Central train station and light rail.

Extremely good value for money. It was very clean. Bed was comfy. Super easy checkin. Excellent location
The room was facing to an echo street so it was sometimes a bit noisy so bring earplugs just in case.

Ease of access to Central Station.
Room wasn't very clean, door had to be pushed very hard to close. Bathroom tiles needed relaying and the towel rail was broken. Window had to be propped open. For a little money and some effort the whole area could be upgraded and presented a lot better.
