    Metro Hotel pitts street is indeed at the very core of Sydney CBD which makes going around very conveniently. Having said that, cleanliness just barely touch the pass mark however, the worst is the staff support! It was about parking ,the hotel offer 24 hours parking for $50 inside world square which is the building on the next block, I do admit that I have made a mistake and parked on the wrong spot due to a misleading sign as public parking which was indeed lead to a reserved for Meriton. So I quickly go back to the hotel front desk trying to resolve this. Initial response from them is, they are not sure if I have parked in the wrong spot and then the senior came and she quickly confirm it’s my fault to have parked in the Meriton spot and they won’t help, tell me to go to world square car park to get this resolve! It was in the evening and the office is closed and there isn’t anyone available for inquiry about the car park as it’s automated! So I have wasted some valuable vacation time to debate with the senior hotel receptionist about if they can arrange parking with world square car park, how come there isn’t a contact with them to resolve this! She finally ‘help’ make a phone call and tell me to talk to world square car park remote centre myself and it was fixed in the end! I have to say it’s an experience but not a great one!

    Arrived in Sydney early in the morning from an overseas trip and they me to check in at 8 A M which was great For the money the room was fine and the shower had an abundance of hot water and the bed was comfortable Overall a good place for a short period
