    I actually wanted to book the World Square Ibis, but didn't realize I booked this instead. I am kinda glad I did. Really enjoyed the stay, albeit short.

    This Hotel is situated within walking distance to two trains stations and walking distance China Town and Westfield Sky Tower, lovely staff. Just coukd do with Gluten free options on room service menu. Was great to leave our bags in storage before and after stay - staff very helpful. Would stay again

    I checked in around 9 pm ,extremely tired right after a 16 hour international flight . Soon I realized that the room air conditioners was running in overdrive and cooling excessively. I tried all adjustments with the control panel and failed. Then I complained to the reception. Their response was extremely slow and inadequate. There was no one competent enough who could technically resolve the problem. Then they promised to send heaters to counter the cooling effect. Until 1 am nothing tangible happened to solve my problem. First they said they were fully booked and couldn't shift me to another room .Then around 1 a.m they decided to give me an alternative room which was technically an upgrade but meaningless to me as I had lost 4 hours struggling and I desperately wanted to sleep. On my check out or later not a word of apology from the management thereafter. It would not have have cost them anything. I guess, the hotel requires a thorough upgrade. Its AC systems look outdated and so do most of its fittings & furnishings. The extra blanket provided to me was pathetic and completely worn out. All in all a disappointing experience.
