The location was great & I loved the design of the room. The bed was very comfy & also the pillows & duvet. The towels were also very nice & all the Aesop products were great too.
The shower/bathtub was a bit awkward & slippery.

Location amazing... but, that means that by 10am on a Saturday morning I could not get a seat for breakfast and the the coffee wait was 20minutes.
Loved the staff, the beer on arrival, the art in the room and the gzillion pillows
I was given the disabled room, second time in a row!.. I dont need that many handrails, and you feel very exposed on the toot!
