Summary:

Enjoy staying in the heart of Hoxton, London with this spacious 2-bedroom apartment located on the 1st floor of a secure residential building — NO LIFT. Self check-in from 3:00 PM by collecting keys at a nearby location. Wi-Fi is available, great for both work and leisure. A refundable damage deposit is required.



The Space:

Welcome to this spacious 52 m² 2-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor of a building without a lift, perfectly situated on New North Street in the heart of Hoxton. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.



1 Bedroom: Double Bed (140x180 cm), Living room/Bedroom 2: Double Bed (140x180 cm), Sofa Bed. The apartment has a full bathroom.



The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: mini fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, stove, drip coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. The flat has gas heater throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book



Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a £50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is £90; after 1:00 AM is £120. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!



Check-out: By 10:00 AM.



Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of £800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.



Max guests: 6 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.



Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.



Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on London and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.

Holborn sits at the meeting point of the City of London and the West End, making it one of the most central locations in the capital. The area is home to the famous Inns of Court, the British Museum, and the legal heart of London. Chancery Lane underground station is on the doorstep, and both the City and Covent Garden are within a short walk. The neighbourhood has a mix of legal professionals, tourists, and city workers, with plenty of good restaurants and pubs tucked into the surrounding streets.

The apartment was very spacious. Quiet at night and location wise very easy to travel to the busier areas of London. The check-in location to pick up the keys was difficult to find and there were some ammenitie

Two good bedrooms, one has an en-suite bathroom. There was a fully equipped kitchen and it was nice to have a decent sized space. Good location and well-accessible (near a bus stop and underground station). Everything was pretty comfortable.
