Location
There’s a few maintenance issues, the TV didn’t work, the toilet seat needs to be secured to the bowl, the freezer needs defrosting. There’s 4 flights of stairs to climb, ok for my wife and I not so good for my elderly parents. The room is quite comfortable for four adults to share with good appliances such as washer and dryer.

Muy cómodo para 6 personas. Todas las camas muy bien. La ubicación aunque es buena para recorrer caminando y llegar a todos lados si te gusta caminar o tomar bus ya que está bien conectada

Location of the apartment is perfect: close to public transport and nice coffee-dinerplaces nearby. The apartment was clean.
The apartment is very simple and plain. Dining chairs & couch are not really comfortable. There is no coffee machine which I think is a necessity, and the tv didn't work [behind it lay all sorts of loose cables].
