Location was excellent! Having a washer and dryer inside the flat was really nice.
Interior is somewhat worn. The lift only worked part of the time. The flat is five floors above ground level.

Die Lage war super!
Es tropfte durch die Decke im Flug, nicht alle Lampen hatten Glühbirnen, die Wohnungstür erweckte nicht wirklich einen sicheren Eindruck, die Badezimmerdecke schimmelte, beim Duschen setzt man das ganze Bad unterwasser - da der Duschvorhang sehr kurz ist - Hausschuhe mitnehmen. Die Küche ist schlecht ausgestattet (keine Kochutensilien) und der Toaster beginnt zu qualmen - er ist also unbrauchbar. Schade für diesen Preis
