Casa La Brezza

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Dervio and would happily rate it 9/10. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 children (ages 2 and 9). One of the best parts was the excellent location — very close to the beautiful lakeside, making evening walks extremely enjoyable. The railway station was also conveniently nearby, which made traveling around Lake Como very easy. Private & Secure Parking. The host was very polite, welcoming, and always ready to help whenever needed. Overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant stay, and we would definitely recommend this place to families visiting Dervio.

We really liked the location with gated partking and garage to store our bicycles.

A spatula in the kitchen was missing. Overall the kitchen equipment was a bit sparse.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Byli jsme naprosto spokojeni! Apartmán byl skvěle vybavený – nenašli jsme jedinou věc, která by nám během pobytu chyběla. Všechno čisté, útulné a funkční. Pláž je jen pár kroků, voda krásně čistá. Okolí příjemné, plné milých lidí a výborných restaurací. Kousek je autobusova zastávka, ktera je vhodna pro cestu např. do Milána. Paní hostitelka byla milá, komunikatvni a vždy k dispozici. Mohu jedině doporučit a rádi se sem vrátíme.
