Sarah was very friendly and accommodating! She prepared an entire PDF guide with everything we needed to know about Lake Como which was very helpful! We particularly enjoyed the location right by the lake and beach.
The beach can be reached just 2-3min by foot. Particularly nice was the tidiness of the apartment and the garage parking. It was easy to feel homely and secure that way.
All the amenities worked fantastically and without problems.
The apartment lacked basics like extra toilet paper, hand soap, salt, or some cooking oil.
We also were surprised that the room had no curtains and neighbors could essentially peak inside.
The apartment can get noisy at times since it’s right by the main road.

Het uitzicht is echt prachtig, de kamer is netjes en ruim genoeg, van alle gemakken voorzien. De locatie is prima, dichtbij Varenna met de auto, maar volgensmij ook met het openbaar vervoer goed te doen. De gastvrouw reageert heel snel en is super lief en behulpzaam.
De douche is erg klein, er is geen airco (wel een ventilator), het is eventjes zoeken hoe het allemaal moet met zelf inchecken maar het stappenplan van de host werkt goed, de helling van de garage is echt super steil en direct aan een drukke weg

Bardzo blisko plaży, kapitalna kafejka obok, parę kroków dalej restauracja ze smacznym jedzeniem. Polecam na bazę wypadową do Mediolanu, Monza, Bergamo, Como, Bellagio. Uprzejmy personel
Niestety brak klimatyzacji może być uciążliwe, parking ekstremalny - wąski. Osoby nie radzące sobie z zaparkowaniem stawiają auto na środku co blokuje wszystkie inne auta. Obok główna i głośna droga, jeżeli nie jesteś przyzwyczajona/y może być problemem. Akurat był remont torów kolejowych, więc nie zaznaliśmy jeszcze odgłosu pociągu- jest zaraz po drugiej stronie ulicy.
