A peaceful, safe, and conveniently located stay that made our time in Italy truly enjoyable.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment and would absolutely recommend it. The area was very calm and relaxing, which made it easy to unwind after long days of traveling and exploring. At the same time, the location was incredibly convenient — being right next to the train station made getting around Italy simple and stress-free, especially with luggage. The apartment complex itself felt very safe and secure, which was something we really appreciated. It gave us peace of mind throughout our stay and made the experience even more comfortable. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable visit. Overall, it was the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and tranquility. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, safe place with excellent access to transportation.

The only minor thing we noticed was that the door was a little hard to lock when leaving, but it was a very small issue and didn’t affect our stay at all. Everything else about the apartment and the location was amazing.

Lovely apartment in Dervio, well placed and good value for money. Handy parking option and the apartment was very clean.

It didn’t get a lot of light with it being on the ground floor. But as we didn’t spend much time in it that’s fine.

A well equipped and comfortable home with a safe place to park your car.

Its spacious, clean and well equipped with everything like coming back home. The kitchen had some spices to cook pasta.

No tumble dryer so we couldnt wash our clothes as we need to leave early the next day.

Beautiful place to stay! Light and airy and great location not far from Lake and nearby amenities. Clean and comfortable throughout and beautifully decorated. Felt like a home and everything we needed for our stay.

Perfect!

The location of the property is perfect-just 5 min drive to Varenna. There is a train station behind in case of no car available. The village of Dervio is quiet and charming, away from the busy and crowded popular towns. Our host Luca was great and very helpful. The facilities are perfect, more than expected. We highly recommend it and will definitely return soon.

Clean and comfy stay

Very neat and Luca is extremely responsive and always ready to help. Very kind! The house has everything you need and there are already some information flyers present. It is close to the lake and a store. Easy check in.

It is close to the train station so you can hear the trains and sometimes the speaker too. Not a big problem for us but if you are very sensitive to sound you might take it into consideration.

Great retreat spot to explore lake Como from!

Very friendly host, great cleanliness, perfect location. Very close to the station, then 10 minutes by train to Varenna or other destinations. Dervio is a nice, small and cosy town. Supermarket close by!

Great base for lake Como

Literally next to Dervio station, you could not be any closer which means great access to varenna. The apartment was very modern, clean and comfortable. It had all amenities you could possibly need and self check in was easy and hassle free. It's a short walk to 2 markets for all groceries if you need that and a 10 minute walk to the main water front of Dervio. This would offer exceptional value for a group of 4 or more.

Modern and fully equipped gem in Dervio

The property was modern decor, everything worked , was close to train station and bus stop and was perfect for my family of 5. I would absolutely choose it again for another stay in Lake como.

It was on the 1st floor and no elevator. There was no microwave.

This is a really nice apartment in a quiet part of Como Lake. Good access to local amenities, comfy space, great bed, onsite parking, and very helpful host. We can recommend.

Maybe some more equipment in the kitchen? Plus some basic cooking stuff like oil and spices would make it extra special.

Nice and cosy appartment to stay!

The place was super nice and cosy, very close to train station, just a across the street. But this did not make trouble to sleep, plus Comfy bed. had fully equipted kitchen to make food and drinks, which was very nice since shops closed at 7:30. Highly recommend.
