Such a great location for exploring Lake Como, and less crowded than the main tourist hubs like Varenna and Bellagio. Only a short two stop (15 minute) train ride from Varenna and right next to the train station so it made it very easy to exit the apartment and hop from town to town.
Luca was an excellent host and the apartment felt like a home away from home.
Lake Como was colder than we expected so some blankets or two could have made it even cosier. There was a heater in the room but it didn’t seem to do much to keep us warm.

Location , cleanliness .
1) Pillow was too flat - needed another one , 2) there was no microwave-needed to warm food 3) there was no scrubber to wash dishes even though dishwashing liquid was provided . Over all good . But frankly speaking we struggled to sleep comfortably after tiring day as pillow was not comfortable at all . ( I texted Luca but sadly got no response about it )

We had an amazing stay at this apartment and would absolutely recommend it. The area was very calm and relaxing, which made it easy to unwind after long days of traveling and exploring. At the same time, the location was incredibly convenient — being right next to the train station made getting around Italy simple and stress-free, especially with luggage.
The apartment complex itself felt very safe and secure, which was something we really appreciated. It gave us peace of mind throughout our stay and made the experience even more comfortable. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable visit.
Overall, it was the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and tranquility. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, safe place with excellent access to transportation.
The only minor thing we noticed was that the door was a little hard to lock when leaving, but it was a very small issue and didn’t affect our stay at all. Everything else about the apartment and the location was amazing.
