We liked how close the apartment was to the lake, literally a couple minutes walk. The bed was super comfy and the apartment was spacious, very clean and cosy. The views from the apartment are gorgeous, you really get a good view of the lake. Dervio is quiet and peaceful,there is a local supermarket 10 minute walk and a great kebab restaurant near by which were reasonably priced and close, but there isn't a great deal there, we took trips to Bellagio and Varenna.
Unfortunately, whoever was staying upstairs above us was very loud, there was lots of banging, especially in the early hours of the morning. Also, you're unable to adjust the heating in the apartment and if you do you have to pay.

Good location, close to food store. Free parking. Clean rooms, fully equipped. Helpful and friendly host. Flexible checkout. (We left early) Lots of sun thru the day.

Schöner geht es nicht! Am besten hat uns die wunderschöne Gartenterrasse mit Blick auf den See gefallen. Die Gastgeber waren überaus zuvorkommend, unkompliziert und jederzeit gut erreichbar.

Logement situé sur la côte est, un peu moins touristique, mais plus sauvage et très agréable pour randonner.
Très bons échanges au préalable via WhatsApp avec le propriétaire qui nous a mis également une carte parking à disposition ainsi que des cartes de la région, ce qui est très appréciable. Logement confort, propre, bien décoré. Nous y avons passé un bon moment et le printemps est vraiment une saison idéale pour y aller avec tous les jardins des villas en fleurs !
Je n'avais pas vu au préalable qu'il fallait payer en espèces et que le chauffage serait à régler en plus (il était allumé à notre arrivée, alors qu'il ne faisait pas si froid...) Peut-être une inattention de ma part, en tout cas ça ne m'avait pas sauté aux yeux en consultant l'annonce. Attention, le lieu n'est pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite : toute une volée d'escaliers pour accéder au logement !
