Paradise!

Everything!! I did not want to leave. It is off the tourist track and well connected with nearby towns by free shuttle of a lovely 20 min walk. It is right on the water. You can wake up and go for a swim. So quiet and safe. Pure gem! There are many many steps down to the property so not ideal if you have any mobility issues.

Excellent view to the lake and mountains, comfy apartment

The view was absolutely stunning, with a small and nice beach right next to the house. Terrace by the house as well. Apartment was very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed, incl. a dish washer and a washing machine. Nice little town to walk around, and a very good infrastructure to travel to the nearby towns. Be considerate about the fact that there are a lot of stairs to be taken from the parking lot to the apartment through the medieval town - we enjoyed the extra exercise and the view is nice on the way, however. Very quiet surroundings.

Private beach in historical town

Prime location, very peaceful and private feeling when the day crowds leave. Immaculately clean apartment which smells so good! Clean towels, dishwasher tablets, cold bottled water in fridge. Enjoyed our stay here very much!

We travelled by train, walk to Dervio is 20 minutes by side of a busy road - felt a bit dangerous, better to go by car or take train to Dorio and hike from there on path. Asked Maria to provide salt, pepper and oil for the next guests as this was the only thing missing to make the apartment perfect!

Lake front stay with stunning views

One of the best host I have come across in recent times. She made every effort to make us welcome in her property. The apartment is right on the lake and you get stunning views from there. Absolutely no unwanted noise and you can enjoy the sound of water flowing near the shore. There was good amount of coffee capsules and tea bags. Refrigerator had many bottles of still and sparking water. This village speaks about history. Though we had to go down and climb up around 100 steps from the parking with luggage but it was worth it. Our host made a parking pass for us to ensure there was no issue with local parking. Best place to relax away from touristic crowd.

Beautiful views

Apartment was spacious with amazing views. Everything was great, kitchen well equipment, and big plus for a wee garden outside. Amazing host and we had a late flight so we were allowed to stay longer

Sofabed was a wee bit noisy but except that everything was great.

Quaint quiet lake front property with a bit a history!

Historical place from the 14th century! Loved the private beaches on both sides and waking up to the sounds of the lake and the beautiful view of the mountains. It’s a very secluded home and just what we wanted to escape the big city of Milan. Would definitely recommend staying here. Maria & Georgio were great hosts!

The only thing I would advise people is to pack light and take only what you need down to the apartment. The stairs are uneven older cobblestone and it’s quite a climb back to the main parking. Other than that it’s lovely!

A wonderfully peaceful experience

Casa Rosa was the most wonderful experience. A very comfortable apartment in the most incredible position - we absolutely loved it and felt it was the best place we had ever been to. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Most romantic place by lake Como

Casa Rosa - it is most beatifull and romantic place by lake Como... You can sit in silence on the terrace above the lake and see lake and the mountains. The village is very old and romantic. Only a few old settlers live here. Owners are kind and very helpful. Thank you of your care. But it is not for everybody : Just need to have a good condition for the stairs going down and upp to reach the apartment and parking place with luggage, you have to do shopping by car. If you are looking for peace and atmosphere, this is the right place for you.

A beautiful place directly on the lake and in a splendid medieval village. There is a big staircase to face between the (public) parking and the apartment. But it is worth it. Lovely welcome from the owners, very available and very attentive to their guests.

Exceptional

Wonderfull location! Glad we had the opportunity to stay here and meet with the hosts and their incredible hospitality. Everything needed is available on site. Perfect place for a shortstay in this small village right at the lake. Just need to have a good condition for the stairs going down into the village and reach the appartment (what you go down, you also have to go up)... but even than... Giorgio was so kind to even help us out carry luggage, in order to limit stairs trajects. Maria also speaks English, if you are not Italian speaking. We absolutely advice this place.

Superb

We really enjoyed our stay at Georgio's and Marias "Casa Rosa". The apartment is located at a beautiful medieval village with a lot of beautiful stone houses, romantic alleys and mediterranen flora. Right in front of the Appartement is a beach and just a few steps to the right is the most beautiful bathing spot which only a few locals use in the afternoon. Everywhere are benches or small spots to sit down and enjoy the view. In the morning we would do yoga on the jetty and in the evening drink an aperitif above the beach. The apartment was well equipped and very clean. The bedroom stays cool over the day so it is very comfortable to sleep at night. Georgio and Maria were really nice and tried to help us with any question we had. If you are looking for a peaceful vacation away from thousands of other tourists you will enjoy Casa Rosa.

Exceptional place at the water

The apartment is situated very beautifully directly at the water. The village was stunning, very small, cozy and romantic with a beautiful castle. You have everything, kitchen and bathroom fully equipped. The landlords are the nicest people and you can feel that it's important for them for you to have a nice stay.

Without car things like supermarket are not easily accessible. The village is very cozy and has not a lot of infrastructure. But no problem at all.

Ein Ort zum Erholen

Ein einmaliger Ort zum Erholen. Sehr ruhig, mit eigenem Sitzplatz direkt am Wasser. Man hat das Gefühl, man ist am Meer in einem kleinen Fischerdorf. Das Haus bietet mehr als man braucht. Auch die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Solche Plätze gibt es nicht viele auf der Welt. Jedenfalls nicht für den Otto-Normal-Verbraucher 😉. Vielen Dank! Ach..... für ältere Leute sind die über einhundert, steilen Stufen nichts. Wir, fast 60 Jahre alt, haben sie mehrmals absolviert.

Uns hat alles gefallen. Vielleicht die italienischen Autofahrer, die immer in Eile sind, nicht so 😃.

地理位置绝佳，在餐厅吃饭就能从窗外看到科莫湖，我们住的房子就在湖边上。一切设施都有，都很完美，女主人对我们非常友善，初次见面时会交代一些事，会给我们停车卡。以后再来科莫湖我们还会考虑入驻这里。

没有，一切都非常满意，就是从停车广场到屋子需要经过一段石梯路，我把2个大行李箱搬上搬下的快累死了。
