В соседней квартире частный клуб. Молодежь пол ночи холит туда-сюда. Играет музыка. Мужчины садятся на террасе/ балконе прямо у импровизированных окон и громко разговаривают. В квартире спасает только кондиционер. Так как окна импровизированные. Пол и кровать скрипит. С чемоданом по высоким ступеням без лифта муж сорвал спину. В коридоре пахнет дымом от брикета. Это старый Тифлис!

An excellent option is a fantastic location in Tbilisi. A recently renovated small apartment with everything you need for a short or longer stay. The bathroom was excellent with a great shower, and a washing machine. The outdoor area was nice enough, although you do need to leave the actual apartment to access it.
The bed is quite noisy.
