Proprietatea este situata aproape de metrou și în centrul vechi.
Ultimele 3 zile nu am mai avut căldură și apa calda, duar calae.

Понравилось все) очень комфортно жить в самом центре города) Хозяйка общительная и оперативная, почти сразу после подтверждения перезвонила и передала ключи. (с момента брони и до встречи с ней прошло 10 минут) Это потрясающе! Расположение в центре, рядом с топовым отелем где проживание стоит больше 30 тысяч в сутки. Рядом SPAR, а в соседнем углу рядом магазин с низкими ценами, множество людей там покупает еду. Все рестораны рядом и на ладони) Ресторан Вельяминов потрясающий - низкие цены и качественная еда.
Были проблемы с горячей водой.

Great location
- This is actually a room inside apartment, not whole apartment - Walls are from paper so you can hear everything from the other room and corridor so no privacy - Taking a shower means a flood in the bathroom, there is no proper drainage - Stairs in the building are like from a horror movie, curved and unsafe
