Not worth the money

The position

There was only one person staff. She was at reception, bar and whatever else, obviously unable to follow everyone because totally alone. The bedroom was very cold with air conditioning at high speed despite being in winter, probably to cover the unpleasant smell of bathroom. So, on the whole we found far too expensive for what it offered and not up to a four star accommodation.

Nice hotel but in a dodgy part of town

The room was large and clean.

The location was right across from the train station. There were weird people lurking around all day and night. As I was traveling alone, I felt like I needed to be safe in the hotel before dark each night. The day I arrived there were 10 police cars on the street blocking the hotel entrance. Finding the hotel parking entrance is very difficult as well. You need to get out of your car (blocking traffic) and ring a bell to be let into the parking area.

Nice room

Location is not good, no parking , no restaurant and you have to walk 10-15 minutes to find something to eat, price is quite high for such type of limited services , I was expecting so much better

Conveniently located and easy access, pleasant stay.

Location, easy walk in to town . Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. Parking at the location was easy and safe.

Rooms were a bit tired and could do with refreshing.

The location is very near the train station, but need to be very careful.

The room is big and clean and the staff is friendly and supported.

The toilet ceiling leaked in the mid night, which was very noisy and caused me to have a bad sleep. I have reported this problem to the front desk when check out and hope they can fix it as soon as possible.

Horrible night

The receptionist was kind but couldn't offer any solution.

Having a room with AC that we cannot turn on is not ideal when there is 27 degrees and the room facing the sun. No solution was offered to this. The cleanliness of the room really needs to be improve for a 4 star hotel.

Nice room. Walking distance from the city center. Breakfast was very good.

The parking is private but you need to stop your car outside a closed gate on a somewhat busy little road and push a button to open the gate. Very inconvenient.

Vwry pleasant hotel, great location

Great location opposite the station and 5 minutes on foot from the historical centre, clean & comfortable room.

Check-in and out a bit long and disorganised. Being close to the train station, the immediate surroundings of the hotel can feel dodgy after 22:00. The breakfast room is in the cellar without daylight…
