Antonio ci ha accolto e dato tutte le informazioni utili, inoltre ha preparato cappuccino e caffè con gentilezza ed efficienza. La posizione è ottima e il pernottamento è stato comodo e dotato di piccoli elementi di accoglienza ( acqua e biscotti novaresi). Bon rapporto qualità prezzo. Dotato di parcheggio.
Difficile accesso al finestrino del bagno, posizionato molto in alto e con apertura non utilizzabile. La struttura risulta non idonea a persone con mobilità ridotta in quanto non è presente l' ascensore.

Staff gentile, cordiale e disponibile. La camera era accogliente, molto pulita e silenziosa. Buona la colazione e piacevoli gli spazi comuni.
Ci sono piccole cose da ritoccare (una delle tende della finestra guasta e le lenzuola un pochino consumate), ma nulla che abbia guastato la permanenza.
