    You have to carry your suitcases up two steep staircases….as seniors we found it hard and there was no mention of this on the booking site

    The triple room we got was a bit small but very clean and well maintained. Convenient location.

    The rooms is very tiny and does not have any character. During early morning I woke up to see the room was flooded with air condition water. I went to reception in the morning at around 7 to inform them and they did nothing. My hand bag was went spoiling all the documents etc. I had to change all my dress inside the Bathroom. Very horrible situation. The staff replied, it happens some time. I except proper reply and a reimbursement for inconvenience
