Cosy, cheerful, and good value for money.

The room was fairly large and clean. The bathroom was spotless also. The a/c was great! There was a breakfast buffet but I didn't partake. It was fairly close to the city.

I guess that the room I was in could have been decorated a bit better. Still, it's better to have a warm, cosy room!

The hotel was already old in the 80's. Now it's old and rotten with holes in the curtains, linens, towels.

Perfect location in the centre of Novara, very close to all the must see places of Novara. We had wonderful breakfast both the two days of our stay.

The furniture in the room was too old. The bed was not very comfortable.

Hotel served its ultimate purpose of giving us a relaxation needed for the hectic weekend that was.

Large cozy bed. Hotel strategically located with beautiful scenery. Elevator in excellent condition.

Toilet working condition should have been checked before handing in the key to us. Water as an essential commodity could be offered for free as part of free room services. My television needed servicing.

Breakfast was great! Super friendly staff too! The hotel is very central. Buses are very frequent and on time. The hotel is also close to the train station. There are several restaurants and different types of shops (e.g. stationary, pharmacy, clothes stores, cafeterias, a mini supermarket as well) close by.

The Wi-Fi was not strong and kept cutting.

Staff where friendly and rooms where clean. Train station about 20-25min walk easy to get train to Central Milan.

The hotel is on an excellent walking distance from the city center, tourist attractions, shopping stores and a supermarket. Rooms are cleaned and spotless everyday.

- I booked this hotel while I was working in Novara for a few days. During the evenings I really like to rest, but guests apparently don't have any respect for sleeping hours, so you will expect to hear people yelling, loud music, moaning sounds etc ... Management did nothing about it. - I stayed here during winter, my room was in the attic, heating system works fine, but there is not even a water boiler in the room.
