The apartment is well equipped, roomy, clean and nicely decorated. It has a very central location, with coffee shops near by and good connections to places in Rotterdam. We had problems with the internet on the first day and it was fixed the next. The keys are just a code that you enter at both doors, you get it before arriving.

The property did not honor the 50% cancelation fee. I wanted to change the dates of the booking and they declined the change. The wifi was not working on the first evening, thought they fixed it the next day. The appartement is on the second floor with really steep and small steps, this is common in the Netherlands, but it was not explicit in the description, this was a problem, because my mother was staying at the apartment and really struggled to get up the stairs. The toilet is outside the apartment, this is clearly explained in the description.

A great place to stay. Everything was 10/10.

The small inconvenience is that the toilet is out of the apartment.

Πολύ βολική τοποθεσία, πολύ κοντά σε ΜΜΜ και στο κέντρο, ασφαλής και ήσυχη γειτονιά με αρκετά μαγαζιά και αγορά κοντά. Πολύ άνετο σπίτι και επαρκώς εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Διαθέσιμα όλα τα απαραίτητα καθαριστικά και είδη υγιεινής. Ο ιδιοκτήτης σεβάστηκε την ιδιωτικότητά μου και τροποποίησε τα σχέδιά του όταν του το ζήτησα, ώστε να συμβαδίσουν με το ωράριό μου. Έμεινα ένα μήνα και το απόλαυσα, θα μπορούσα να μείνω πολύ περισσότερο!

Κατά την άφιξη στο χώρο το περβάζι πάνω από το κρεβάτι και πίσω από την τηλεόραση είχε πολλή σκόνη. Υπήρχαν διαθέσιμα όλα τα απαραίτητα καθαριστικά, αλλά θεωρώ ότι η καθαριότητα πριν την άφιξή μου ήταν επιφανειακή. Επίσης, δεν αναφέρεται πουθενά, αλλά η τουαλέτα βρίσκεται εκτός του κυρίως χώρου του διαμερίσματος (είναι ιδιωτική, αλλά είναι στο διάδρομο). Κατανοώ ότι αυτό μάλλον είναι σύνηθες για την περιοχή/χώρα και συνέβαινε με όλα τα διαμερίσματα, αλλά θα ήθελα να το έχω μάθει από πριν. Η σκάλα της πολυκατοικίας είναι πολύ στενή και απότομη, θέλει πολλή προσοχή αν έχετε μεγάλες ή και βαριές βαλίτσες.

A acomodação é bonita, o anfitrião é rápido e prático e até me permitiu sair um pouco mais tarde do horário de check out. o apartamento é bonito, novo e bem localizado.

O banheiro é um pouco mau cheiroso não se sabe porque… a janela não possui uma cortina e só há apenas uma tomada sem extensão para carregar o celular..Assim como cápsulas de café e biscoitinhos foram deixados gentilmente pelo anfitrião, seria tão bom que deixassem também cápsulas para lavar roupa na máquina de lavar. A ideia da cápsula eu tive pois cheguei a olhar no mercado e não compensava comprar muito sabão pra largar depois tudo pra trás.. seria interessante pensarem na ideia da cápsula e um dispensador de sabão também no banheiro..
