The location and accessibility by the street car and bus. Furthermore when leaving to the airport it is pretty easy and fast.

Central location and safe area for the night.

I did not report it, however the safe and cooler were not working. If I travel to Holland, I will stay there for sure. I will recommend the place to friends.

Value for money

Information to check-in is done via messages, the place suits students, couples as it is a building done as separate apartments. Coffee is provided for free in the reception area. Breakfast was not applicable but they recommended a good place nearby. Trams every 5-10 mins stopped by the door, great location at walking distance from local neighbourhood and local shops. Safe location in a migrant community. The room was fab with huge windows overlooking the street. Value for money.

They need to provide 2 covers for the king beds, one small one didn't cut it for us. As with the check in, the check-out is also via internet, we had to make sure to log out before 10am so we were not charged for extra.

good location, walking distance (15min) from the city center. tram station is within a minute, and metro staion is also within a few minutes. easy to check-in/out. well designed, cozy room. clean and comfortable bathroom.

almost no sound insulation between the rooms and between the room and the corridor/stairs/reception area. although the everyday claning was perfect, the windows, the curtain and the switcher weren't.

Convenient location to public transport and cafes. Room modern and well cared for.

Although location was convenient, it was also a noisy one. Noise continued well into the night interfering with sleep. However, not much can be done to rectify this. PowerPoints not conveniently located to use kettle.

Superb

Really simple check-out process that you can do via e-mail instead of the usual waiting in lines at the check out desk. Free coffee, tea etc at a common lounge area. Clean rooms, good value for money.

Great little hotel in Central Rotterdam

The hotel is central. Checking in and out were simple and straightforward. The room was smallish, but it had everything I needed. The bed, linen, and pillows were super comfortable. The room was spotless and was made up daily. The coffee/tea room is a very nice touch. The location is excellent, 3 minutes walk to the metro so easy to reach any part of Rotterdam. Perfect for a week-long business trip.

The beam in the bathroom is an issue. After banging my head several times, I learned to remember it!! I would recommend adding a few reflective strips or some colour to help avoid accidents.

The room is spacious enough. You can check-in and check-out without staff. It was clean. There is a kettle in the room. You can get coffee from the common area for free. You can use the microwave. There is a work area.

There's a column at the entrance to the restroom. You can hit your head :)

The electric kettle cord is too short to reach the socket, so in order to use it we had to put the kettle right to the sink, neither safe, nor comfortable. There is a tram line right outside hotel windows, so it could be a problem with noise for sensitive sleepers.

Excelent hotel in the centre of Rotterdam

The rooms were left in good order when cleaned during the day. Self check-in and check-out was very easy. The room alongside the shared area had all facilities you would need - shower, toilet, coffee, tea, cold water. The hotel was located near the city centre and had many options for food, shopping, coffee and entertainment available.

The steps leading to the front door I'm elderly and disabled. The check in didn't work to get in the front door for me needed help once in let in by someone staying used intercom for help was told should not have booked this hotel if can't use digital check inn very rude to me
