The location and that amenities such as water and snacks were included in the price of the room. Also, the breakfast was great.

Really, just a few small quality of life things were that the heating system made a subtle but constant noise through the evening. Also, the light in the toilet is motion sensor activated and quite bright, so in the middle of the night it’s pretty jarring. Would recommend a gentler light, or just having a regular light switch.

The room had heating issue throughout my stay despite that the staff tried several times to correct it. To compensate for my discomfort, they kindly complimented one breakfast and one lunch. I greatly appreciate their attempts to address the issue, and would consider staying at this hotel again.

Lovely small boutique hotel. I loved the design and details (complimentary m&ms = fun). Cosy bar, beautiful restaurant, good art, nice location. The bed was really comfortable.

Two mornings in a row I asked for an oat latte and they forgot and served the coffee with cow's milk. It's okay though :-)

The automatic sensor controlled light in the toilet came on if I’m you used it during the night. This was annoying and unnecessary.

The member of staff who checked us in and was there for breakfast the following morning was so helpful. The room was large and the bed comfortable. Breakfast outside was relaxing.

The staff seem to cover the reception, bar and restaurant. At this price point they need more people for guests who aren't also there for people having food and drinks. Wooden floors means you hear the room above you. The bathroom set up is awful. Put a door on it.

The rooms were clean. The staff working the bar and front Terrace were fantastic, and the location was great for walking into town during carnival.

The restaurant was a little bougie for my taste…

Truly amazing hotel with amazing staff. Loved everything . The facilities and rooms were top notch. Breakfast freshly done every morning and with a smile always . Loved the extra attention to detail of snacks and fruit in the room. Water daily . I would 100 % stay here over and over. Central to places , museums and key land marks .

From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, stylish, and extremely comfortable — clearly designed with both aesthetics and relaxation in mind. What really impressed me was the attention to detail in housekeeping. The room was thoroughly cleaned every single day, and even the sheets were replaced, which is not something you see often anymore. It truly felt like a luxury experience from start to finish. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be coming back!

I've lived in the Netherlands for 6 years before and stayed at various hotels. This is so far the best and represents a top Dutch experience in a modern sense (and affordable). It is a mini-hotel (with a tiny elevator, which is very European and convenient) with a great style located in central Rotterdam. It is close to all restaurants, museums, and transportations. The vibe and the breakfast are amazing. I particularly like the green shades outside the huge, beautifully designed windows. The beddings are comfy and the restroom is relatively spacious (two sinks) and clean. The curtains can block all the light so I quickly adapt to the time difference. Overall, if you do not have to stick to Amsterdam, this is much better value for travelers in the Netherlands.

I liked the big window giving out to high trees and the overall stylish design of the hotel.

I missed having a bathtub in the bathroom.

The room was so incredibly noisy from the street traffic that we got no sleep. The beds were too firm and not comfortable. Also, the room was just aged on the whole (marks all over the walls, the shower leaked terribly).

Parking facilities - or information about where to park for at a reasonable cost. Parking in front of the hotel on the street cost 65 euros for just over a day.

The hotel location is one of the best for Rotterdam: in an elegant central area. Morgan & Mees is a lovely piace to stay: perfect boutique rooms, with delicious bar and restaurant. We also had a high quality breakfast all homeMade and preparared at the Moment. Care for all the details to warm up your stay. Very comfy Room provided with free water, fruit, coffee machine, tea. Kind staff to thank you, too.

We had dinner at the hotel restaurant twice because it was so delicious! All of the decor was fantastic and the staff were very warm and helpful. If we return to Rotterdam we would definitely stay here again.

Convenient central location with a metro station nearby. The hotel was opened recently, it's beautifully designed, the rooms are very comfortable and clean, and the bistro serves exceptional meals. But above all, the highlight for me was the superb staff - professional but friendly, accommodating and approachable. They went above and beyond in helping me track down a lost item and had it shipped to me after I left the city. It was fantastic customer experience and I will surely stay here again in the future.
